With a profound understanding of operations management, Louise oversees the general operations of the group and provides invaluable support to Scott Gower across all management activities. Louise’s involvement in establishing the GPEC Supply business unit underscores her strategic vision and capabilities.
Having started her engineering career with British Gas and Triangle Valve, Louise's journey led her to explore other interests. Despite briefly leaving the industry to pursue a degree in midwifery, her passion for operations drew her back in 2011 when Louise returned to the industry joining GPEC Group. With 13 years of dedicated service, Louise is recognised as a world-class operations professional, leveraging her immense working capabilities to manage the complete logistics of GPEC Supply.
